Windstar Cruises is sharing more details about the dining and lounge spaces aboard its newest ship, Star Seeker.

The 224-guest Star Seeker is slated to debut in December and will be christened at a ceremony in Miami on January 15. Onboard, guests will be able to enjoy social spaces including Amphora Restaurant, Main Lounge, Basil + Bamboo, Yacht Club and the Main Lounge.

Amphora Restaurant, the ship’s signature dining venue, will have blue accents and a refined environment inspired by the ocean. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Amphora, which will offer exclusive dishes stemming from Windstar’s partnership with the James Beard Foundation. Reservations will not be required.

Basil + Bamboo, Windstar’s newest specialty dining venue, will offer Mediterranean and Asian fusion cuisine for dinner. Reservations are recommended for the intimate eatery.

Yacht Club, meanwhile, will have floor-to-ceiling windows and a large skylight, perfect for taking in ocean views during the day with a cup of coffee or quick bites for breakfast and lunch. At night, it will transform into an intimate lounge for cocktails and music.

The Main Lounge, the ship’s central gathering space, will be designed with sleek, modern accents in greens and neutral earth tones. Here, guests can enjoy enrichment presentations, port talks and trivia battles during the day, followed by live music and performances at night.

“Designing our first new build has been an exciting project for us,” says Stijn Creupelandt, chief operating officer of Windstar Cruises. “Every detail of the yacht's layout has been carefully considered to maximize versatility and enhance our signature Windstar small ship experience."
