Windstar Cruises is launching a new honeymoon collaboration with Sea Island and the Broadmoor.

Couples who get married at either Sea Island in Georgia or the Broadmoor in Colorado can enjoy savings on a romantic, 7-night Windstar cruise around French Polynesia.

“Windstar has been sailing in Tahiti for 36 years, and no other cruise line knows the islands like we do,” says Christopher Prelog, president of Windstar Cruises. “We are honored to work with Sea Island and The Broadmoor to offer couples a seamless transition from their dream wedding to an unforgettable honeymoon aboard our intimate, yacht-style ships, where every detail is designed for romance.”

The cruise line and the two resorts are sister companies affiliated with Xanterra Travel Collection, a parent company owned by Colorado-based billionaire Phil Anschutz.

Windstar already has Sea Island- and Broadmoor-themed suites on several of its ships, which were designed in collaboration with the resorts.

“Our goal is to create lifelong memories for our guests, and this offering makes that journey even more special,” says Jack Damioli, president and chief executive officer of the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs. “Newlyweds can celebrate the start of their marriage in two of the most beautiful places in the world—from the grandeur of The Broadmoor to the secluded paradise of French Polynesia.”

The French Polynesia cruise honeymoon package includes seven nights and eight days in a balcony suite for two, plus free WiFi, gratuities and beverages. Guests can also enjoy romantic add-ons like breakfast in bed, chocolate-covered strawberries, fresh flowers and $500 in onboard credits.

The promotion is good for a weeklong Tahiti cruise during peak season (July 1 to September 30) for $11,000 per couple and in the offseason (October 1 to June 30) for $7,000 per couple. The value may be transferred to another Windstar cruise, but the couple would be responsible for any difference in cost.
