RV Technical Institute Highlights Career Opportunities at FMCA Convention

The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) is participating in the Family RV Association’s 110th International Convention and Expo at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in Perry, Georgia, from March 12-15. 

According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the event, formerly known as the Family Motor Coach Association, brings RV enthusiasts and professionals to explore new opportunities in the RV industry.

At the convention, RVTI is showcasing its gold-standard curriculum and career pathways in RV technician roles. They are recruiting individuals interested in entering the field, highlighting the institute’s Find a Technician feature and its job board for current and future technicians. This initiative aims to address the growing demand for qualified RV technicians.

RVTI’s presence at industry events like the FMCA Convention plays a crucial role in its recruitment strategy. 

Many attendees at the event are already RV owners, making them potential candidates for technician training programs or mobile technician positions. The institute is focused on attracting individuals eager to develop technical skills in a field with increasing job opportunities.

The institute’s booth is situated in the RV There Yet section of the Georgia Building, where staff members are available to answer questions and provide details on the technician training program. 

Attendees can learn about the program’s curriculum, which has been designed to meet industry standards and address the technical challenges RVs present.
