RoverPass introduced a new event ticketing platform designed to support campground and RV park owners as they prepare for the upcoming travel season.
The company announced the launch of Ticketing by RoverPass on March 25 in Austin, Texas, describing it as a standalone solution for organizing and managing events while increasing revenue opportunities.
The platform enables park owners to sell tickets, manage check-ins, and monitor event performance from a single dashboard.
With spring and summer bookings increasing, many properties are expanding guest offerings to include live entertainment, guided nature walks, workshops, and other activities aimed at enhancing visitor experiences.
“At this time of year, campground owners are busy planning and preparing for the season ahead,” said Michelle Smith, CEO of RoverPass. “We know the energy and creativity that go into these events, and we want to support that. Ticketing gives parks a better way to manage what they’re already doing and helps them do even more, without the stress.”
According to a press release, ticketing by RoverPass offers a range of features tailored to outdoor hospitality operations, including online payments, multi-tier ticket options, data collection tools, and support for merchandise and food add-ons.
The platform also allows operators to run promotions, set early bird pricing, and manage ticket limits for specific time slots or sessions.
The tool was developed with usability and collaboration in mind. Campground teams can coordinate event management through multi-user access, while owners retain oversight via real-time performance tracking. QR code check-ins help streamline the guest arrival process.
According to the company, dedicated onboarding is included with every account. RoverPass staff assist with account setup and event creation to ensure a smooth implementation process. “We’re not just offering a tool. We’re offering a partnership grounded in years of experience supporting outdoor hospitality businesses,” the company stated.
Ticketing is available to all campground and RV park owners, regardless of whether they currently use RoverPass’s reservation software. The platform was developed as part of a broader strategy to deliver flexible solutions aligned with the evolving demands of the industry.
“This is shaping up to be an exciting year for campground owners, and we’re proud to support that momentum,” Smith added. “Ticketing is one more way we’re helping parks grow, stay organized, and create better guest experiences.”
