Lippert Names Eddie Rackleff Vice President of Business Development

Lippert Components, has appointed Eddie Rackleff as vice president of Business Development for the North American Motorized Segment, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the motorhome market.

Rackleff, a 16-year veteran at Lippert, will lead efforts to enhance product innovation and service for OEM motorhome manufacturers.

Rackleff has played a key role in Lippert’s expansion, contributing to the company’s revenue growth from $1.5 billion in 2018 to $4 billion in 2024. His expertise in product development, customer relations, and industry insight has positioned him as a leader in the recreation and transportation sectors.

In his new role, Rackleff will focus on aligning Lippert’s offerings with the evolving needs of motorhome manufacturers. 

His background in sales and customer engagement will guide strategic initiatives to strengthen industry partnerships and expand Lippert’s presence in the motorized RV segment.

“I’m thrilled to take on this role as we focus on advancing Lippert’s presence in the motorhome market,” said Rackleff.

“Lippert’s culture of innovation and service has always driven me, and I’m excited to channel that energy into this new chapter.”

According to a press release, Lippert President and CEO Jason Lippert emphasized Rackleff’s leadership in product development and customer relations, stating, “Eddie’s leadership and dedication have been critical to Lippert’s success over the last almost two decades. 

“He has been instrumental in helping develop new products based on our customers’ needs along with fostering meaningful relationships with so many customers he has ownership of,” he added.

Rackleff’s promotion comes as Lippert refines its motorhome strategy, differentiating its offerings from those of its towable RV components business. 

“Eddie’s ability to build strong relationships coupled with his deep knowledge of all our products makes him the perfect leader to help us deliver even greater value to our motorhome customers while he continues to lead our West Coast sales force on all RV and utility trailer products.”
