How to Maximize on Southwest Airlines' Latest $49 Flight Sale

Southwest Airlines is once again putting flights on sale from as low as $49 one-way and under $100 roundtrip.

To capitalize, however, travelers will need to act fast, booking by midnight PT on Thursday, March 27.

The latest spring sale is valid on travel within the continental U.S. between April 8 and June 11, 2025. Meanwhile, continental U.S. travel to and from Hawaii, international travel and travel to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico is valid between April 28 and May 21, 2025.

Continental U.S. travel is blacked out for Memorial Day on May 26, 2025.

Customers in search of the best deals can target flights between the carrier's dozen operating bases, which include the following destinations and airports:

Chicago–Midway (MDW)
Dallas–Love (DAL)
Denver (DEN)
Houston–Hobby (HOU)
Las Vegas (LAS)
