Four Seasons Yachts is sharing more details about the food and beverage offerings aboard its first vessel, Four Seasons I.
The 95-suite ship, which is slated to debut in 2026, will have 11 restaurants and bars inspired by the yachting lifestyle.
“Each offering has been thoughtfully designed to create a highly personalized experience, building on the success of our more than 600 restaurants and bars around the world, while introducing something entirely new,” says Alejandro Reynal, president and chief executive officer of Four Seasons.
Guests will be able to enjoy complimentary breakfast daily, as well as a la carte options for all other dining and beverage experiences. Children’s menus will be available, and kids aged 5 and under dine for free.
The line-up includes:
- Sedna - The yacht’s centerpiece restaurant, featuring rotating master chefs-in-residence.
- Terrasse - A Mediterranean-inspired venue with an open kitchen and live culinary stations open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Miuna - An omakase sushi eatery with room for 16 guests per seating.
- Pistachio - A café next to the lobby offering coffee, tea, croissants, petite gâteaux, house-churned gelatos, and more.
- Salon - The yacht’s “living room” with all-day service from à la carte breakfast to afternoon tea to an evening glass of wine.
- Bar Piscine - A poolside retreat with Mediterranean-inspired bites and drinks.
- Champagne & Caviar - An adults-only terrace bar next to Sedna overlooking the pool deck, with a premium selection of proseccos, cavas and wines from around the globe.
- Horizon Lounge - A Moroccan-inspired adults-only retreat open midday through evening with a plunge pool.
- Marina Bar - A pop-up bar for days when the yacht is anchored and watersports activities are offered.
- Bar O - A glamorous cocktail bar inspired by 1960s Europe.
- Cigar Lounge - A boutique-style lounge with cigars, rare spirits and a unique Premier Cru chocolate pairing experience.
- In-Suite Dining - For guests who don’t want to leave the comfort of their suite, the yacht will offer in-suite dining 24 hours a day.
