Within the Faye Travel Advisor Portal, advisors will find:
- Roster quoting for generating multiple quotes for groups of 10 or more travelers with just a few clicks.
- Claim filing on behalf of the clients with the ability to track each claim
- Policy editing with the ability to change dates and destinations in their personal portal dashboard without canceling or starting over.
Jennifer Grawey, Head of Partnerships, Faye Travel Insurance said in a statement, “Our latest survey results show that 33 percent of travelers plan to use a travel advisor to plan some of all of their trips this year. And they rely on advisors for these three aspects of their trip the most: budget management, travel insurance and entire itinerary booking. With travel protection ranking high on travelers’ priorities, it’s clear that advisors play a critical role in helping clients feel secure and well prepared.”
She added, “That’s why we are committed to meeting the needs of both our loyal customers and the travel advisors who support them. And that means moving as quickly as they do, releasing top-notch, tech-forward features and product offerings on the regular so our travelers can benefit from customizing their protection — and our advisors can make more sales while protecting their clients to the fullest.”
Faye is constantly rolling out new features and perks to both travelers and travel advisors with more in store for 2025 including a lounge access and loyalty program, new products for luxury trips and short-term rentals, along with an upgraded in-app flight center for improved flight update tracking.
