The RV Industry Association’s (RVIA) Emerging Leaders Coalition inducted its Class of 2025 during the Leadership Conference held earlier this month, continuing its effort to foster leadership development and strengthen industry engagement.
Formed from the Emerging Leaders Task Force, the coalition was created to promote participation within the association, identify rising talent, and ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders throughout the RV industry.
The new class includes professionals from across the sector, representing roles in sales, partnerships, engineering, legal, supply chain, and creative management, among others. Each member is recognized for their leadership potential and commitment to the RV industry.
“The Emerging Leaders Coalition looks forward to working with this next generation of RV industry leaders,” the association said in a News and Insights report of RVIA.
The Class of 2025 includes Kyle Ferguson, U.S. sales director at THL; Alyssa Javadi, associate director of partnerships at Harvest Hosts; and Mitchell Johnson, head of customer success & innovation product management at THOR Industries.
Also inducted were Geneva Long, founder & CEO of Bowlus; Sam Martin, corporate controller at Airxcel; Ryan Marsh, director of supply chain at Robert Weed Corp; and Jordan Moore, national business development manager at Medallion Bank.
Additional members are Jamae Pennings, associate counsel at Winnebago Industries, Inc.; Alexandra Shamblen, senior digital & creative manager at Jayco RV; and Joshua Sterling, mechanical design engineer at Spacecraft Manufacturing.
The coalition’s initiatives are focused on building long-term unity in the RV industry by encouraging leadership from within and promoting active involvement in Association efforts.
The organization serves as a platform to elevate professionals positioned to contribute to the RV industry’s long-term health and innovation.
The coalition is currently accepting applications for the Class of 2026.
