The Mike Molino RV Learning Center has received a $10,000 donation from Cummins, a company in diesel engines and power generation.
The contribution will assist the center in its mission to enhance education and training programs for RV dealership professionals.
As a division of the National RV Dealers Association (RVDA), the RV Learning Center provides educational resources to service technicians, RV dealership employees, and service managers.
The donation from Cummins will help fund the development of training opportunities, ensuring that industry professionals can access up-to-date and relevant resources.
This year, the RV Learning Center plans to roll out its fifth online training course aimed at service managers. The new course will complement existing programs for service writers/advisors, parts specialists, parts managers, and warranty administrators.
According to a press release, Jeff Pastore, chairman of the RV Learning Center, expressed gratitude for the contribution.
“Cummins has been a trusted partner in the RV industry for many years, and their substantial donation reinforces their commitment to the future of our workforce,” said Pastore.
“With their support, we can continue providing high-quality education and certification programs that help RV professionals thrive,” Pastore noted.
Karl Wilson, director of RV Business at Cummins, emphasized the company’s dedication to workforce development.
“At Cummins, we recognize the importance of education and training in building a strong, skilled workforce for the RV industry,” said Wilson. “We are proud to support the RV Learning Center and its mission to equip RV professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.”
