Home-based travel agency franchise Cruise Planners has announced a new CP Maxx feature, called Hotel Sheets, which utilizes AI to simplify how hotel proposals are created, shared and booked.

Travel advisors who operate a Cruise Planners franchise can use Hotel Sheets to customize hotel proposals with detailed descriptions of the property, star ratings, photos and a list of amenities.

With the tool, clients can easily browse and book their own hotel stays through their agent’s website, too.

Hotel Sheets provides rooms and rates for over two million properties across the globe, all with live pricing. Advisors can also apply markups or discounts to commissions to remain competitive.

“Our new Hotel Sheets tool revolutionizes the advisor-client relationship by integrating cutting-edge AI technology with live booking capabilities,” said founder and CEO of Cruise Planners, Michelle Fee. “This feature embodies Cruise Planners’ commitment to innovation and providing advisors with the most comprehensive tools to grow their business.”

This isn’t the first new tool Cruise Planners has launched with the help of AI: it began using AI in 2023, but has since expanded its use to include Maxx Intelligence, an AI assistant for travel advisors within CP Maxx.

Cruise Planners is continually adding new features, like VAX integration and more for its advisors.
