Coleman-Mach and Maxxair, brands under Airxcel, announced two key additions to their sales leadership team.
Neil Kelly has been named director of OEM Sales, while Justin Gokie has joined the company as aftermarket brand sales manager.
The appointments aim to strengthen the brands’ market position by enhancing strategic sales efforts and reinforcing customer engagement. Both leaders bring industry experience and a focus on driving continued growth across the RV sector.
Kelly, who began his career with Coleman-Mach / Maxxair as an OEM account manager, brings extensive experience in sales leadership within the RV industry.
His background includes a focus on new product development aligned with market demand.
Gokie is responsible for leading sales and marketing strategies for the aftermarket segment. His prior experience includes various sales and marketing roles, where he demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and maintaining customer relationships.
According to a press release, Rob Leach, president of Coleman-Mach / Maxxair / Solace, said the appointments align with the company’s growth strategy.
“Investing in the best personnel is crucial for the growth and development of our brands,” Leach stated. “We are confident that Neil and Justin will play key roles in driving our success and enhancing our market presence.”
The move reflects Coleman-Mach / Maxxair’s ongoing efforts to adapt to evolving market dynamics and respond to increasing customer demands in both OEM and aftermarket segments.
