Are there any hidden fees?

Never! We believe in complete transparency. Your quote includes everything except optional add-ons you choose. There are no surprise fees, what you see is what you pay. Campground fees are paid directly to the park.

Can I book online or do I need to call?

Can I pick up the RV instead of delivery?

Our service focuses on delivery and setup for the best experience, but we can discuss pickup options for motorhomes in special circumstances. Keep in mind you'll need experience driving large RVs and may miss the convenience of our professional setup service.

Can I smoke or bring pets?

Select RVs are pet-friendly, look for the paw icon on listings! We welcome your furry family members with prior approval. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all RVs. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies if this policy is violated.

Can I use the RV as a dressing room or production space?

Yes! Artists, production crews, and content creators love using our RVs as mobile offices, dressing rooms, or quiet spaces at events and shoots. We offer flexible rental terms and can accommodate unique production needs.

Can travel agencies book with you?

We partner with travel agencies and welcome commission-based relationships. We can integrate with your booking systems and provide dedicated support for your clients. Let's talk about how we can work together.

Do I need special insurance to rent an RV?

No additional insurance is required from you. All our RVs are fully insured and protected. Your security deposit covers minor damages. For added peace of mind, optional damage waiver protection is available.

Do you deliver and set up the RV?

Yes! Full delivery and professional setup are included in your rental. We bring the RV to your campground, level it, connect all utilities, test everything, and give you a complete walkthrough. You literally just show up and start enjoying.

Do you do group bookings for events?

We specialize in events: horse shows, motorsports, festivals, reunions, and more. We can coordinate multiple RVs, group delivery, and custom packages. Contact us about your event and we'll create a tailored solution for your group.

Do you offer extended stays or monthly rentals?

We offer special rates for weekly and monthly stays. Extended rentals are perfect for snowbirds, work crews, or families relocating to Florida. Contact us for custom long-term pricing.

Do you sell enclosed cargo trailers?

Do you work with companies and crews?

How far do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Ocala, Daytona, Tampa, and surrounding areas. Delivery radius varies by RV type. Contact us to confirm delivery to your specific location.

How far in advance should I book my RV?

For the best selection and availability, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (November-April) and around theme park events. However, we often accommodate last-minute bookings within 48 hours based on availability.

How many people can sleep in an RV?

It varies by model! Our Class A motorhomes sleep 6-8 people, travel trailers typically sleep 4-6, and we have options for couples or large families. Each listing shows exact sleeping capacity and configurations. We can help match the perfect RV to your group size.

How much is the security deposit?

A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This covers any damages beyond normal wear and tear. We inspect the RV at pickup and refund your full deposit within 48 hours if everything is in good condition.

I own an RV, can you manage rentals for me?

Yes! We offer RV management services. If you own an RV sitting unused, we'll handle everything: marketing, bookings, delivery, cleaning, maintenance, and customer service. You earn passive income while we do the work. Contact us to learn more about our owner partnership program.

I’ve never used an RV before. Is it hard?

Not at all! We provide a complete orientation when we deliver. We'll show you how to use every feature, answer all your questions, and leave you with easy instructions. Plus, we're available 24/7 if you need help. First-timers love how simple we make it.

What events are you affiliated with?

We're official RV partners for Mini:O, Overland Expo, Orlando Speed World events, Grand Oaks Resort shows, and work with WEC, Daytona Speedway, and Margaritaville locations. We know the best spots and have relationships at premier event venues across Florida.

What happens if I damage something?

Accidents happen! Minor wear and tear is expected. For damages beyond normal use, costs are deducted from your security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, you're responsible for the difference. We'll always communicate clearly and fairly.

What if I need to change my dates?

We understand plans change! Contact us as soon as possible. Depending on availability and how close to your reservation, we can often adjust your dates. Changes made 14+ days before arrival typically have no fees.

What if something stops working during my stay?

We're just a phone call away! Our team provides 24/7 support throughout your rental. If any issue arises, we'll troubleshoot remotely or come out to fix it quickly. Your comfort is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. Payment is processed through our secure invoice system. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation with the balance due before delivery.

What’s included in the rental price?

Your rental includes: the fully equipped RV, delivery and setup, full walkthrough and orientation, 24/7 support, all linens and towels, kitchen essentials (dishes, cookware, utensils), basic toiletries, and pickup/breakdown service. Add-ons like bikes, generators, and VIP packages are available.

What’s included in the RV?

Every RV comes fully equipped: comfortable beds with linens, full kitchen with dishes and cookware, bathroom with toiletries, AC and heat, entertainment systems, indoor and outdoor furniture, awnings, and more. VIP packages add special touches like welcome baskets, premium bedding, and Florida experiences.

What’s included in the setup service?

Complete setup includes: positioning and leveling the RV, connecting water, electric and sewer hookups, deploying awnings and slide-outs, testing all systems (AC, heat, appliances), and a detailed walkthrough of how everything works. We handle the technical stuff so you can focus on fun.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future booking within 12 months. Weather emergencies are handled case-by-case.
