No Smoking: Smoking inside the RV is strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in designated units only. Please inform us beforehand.
Tank Maintenance: All tanks (water, gray, and black) must be emptied before returning the RV.
Cleaning: The RV must be returned in clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if not properly cleaned.
Driving Restrictions: The RV must not be driven off-road or in restricted areas.
Fuel: The RV must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented.
Authorized Drivers Only: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are allowed to operate the RV.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the rental date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date.
