Variety Cruises to Bring Back Mystery Cruise This Summer

Variety Cruises is bringing back its popular “mystery cruise,” with an itinerary full of unknown destinations in Europe.

The voyage will start June 21 in Valletta, Malta, and end in Naples, Italy—but, other than that, the port calls are a mystery.

All proceeds from the trip will go to the company’s nonprofit foundation, Variety Cares, which supports various initiatives related to ocean health, gender equality and education.

Guests who book the cruise, offered aboard the 36-cabin Variety Voyager, by March 31 can save 20 percent off.

The mystery cruise debuted last summer, as the company celebrated its 75th anniversary. It was such a big success that the company decided to bring it back for another year. Once again, it will be hosted by Filippos Venetopoulos, the chief executive officer of Variety Cruises.

“This is not just a cruise; it’s an immersive journey of discovery, where each day brings a new, breathtaking destination revealed only a few hours before arrival,” says Venetopoulos. “No guidebooks, no plans, just pure, unscripted exploration.”
