Early bird registration for the annual convention and expo of the Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association will close Monday, April 7. The event will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando.
Room rates at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel, the host venue, will increase on April 15. Attendees are encouraged to book accommodations early to secure discounted pricing and avoid higher fees later in the month.
“We’re urging attendees to register and book their rooms as soon as possible to take advantage of the best rates,” said Bobby Cornwell, president and CEO of the Florida and Alabama RV Park and Campground Association.
Cornwell confirmed that exhibitor space has sold out, with more than 90 vendors scheduled to participate. The full expo floor is expected to offer a wide range of services and products tailored to the outdoor hospitality industry.
“Our annual convention has become the largest event of its kind in the Southeast and one of the largest in the country,” Cornwell said. “We’ll have expert speakers, educational seminars, networking opportunities, and fun sessions designed to improve your business, cut costs, promote your park, and train your staff.”
This year’s keynote speakers include Ben Wolff, CEO of Oasi; Mike Boylan, a storm chaser and host of Mike’s Weather Page; and Will Bowen, best-selling author of A Complaint Free World. Each speaker is set to deliver insights aimed at business growth, resilience, and leadership.
Conference sessions will cover a variety of operational, financial, and legal topics relevant to park owners and operators. These include insurance solutions, accessibility, estate planning, disaster preparedness, and revenue management.
Sessions will also address key industry trends, acquisitions, marketing strategies, and park development. Organizers note that the educational offerings are tailored to meet the evolving needs of campground operators in a competitive market.
Located near Orlando International Airport, the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel offers convenient access for attendees and is situated just east of the Orange County Convention Center’s North/South expansion.
