The 2025 Florida & Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo, set for May 6-9, remains open for registration.
The event is expected to draw hundreds of campground owners, operators, and outdoor hospitality professionals for three days of expert-led sessions, networking events, and a packed supplier expo featuring more than 90 vendors.
Among the convention’s featured sessions is the keynote titled “How to Grow Your Business by Creating & Marketing Experiential Hospitality with Unique Stays,” led by Ben Wolff, co-founder of Onera and CEO of Oasi. Scheduled for May 7 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the keynote will focus on how to deliver experience-first stays that drive guest engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Wolff, known for his work redefining experiential lodging through luxury and Instagram-worthy accommodations, will outline strategies to design and market unique properties. Topics include social media-driven bookings, creating shareable moments, and aligning with shifting guest expectations.
Another key session on May 7 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. will address RV park insurance—an increasingly pressing concern for operators. The extended general session will provide updates from the Florida-Alabama RV Park & Campground Association regarding efforts to explore captive insurance options and other solutions to reduce long-term premium costs.
The following day, Richard O’Brien will present “How to Gain a Competitive Advantage and Increase the Value of Your RV Park Investment,” from 1:45 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. Designed for owners preparing for growth or exit strategies, the session will offer insight into attracting and retaining guests, improving ROI, and enhancing park valuation for future transactions.
In addition to educational programming, the event will feature multiple networking opportunities, meals, and evening entertainment to foster peer-to-peer connections and regional collaboration.
