Event organizers for the 2025 Campground Conference and Trade Show are reminding prospective attendees that early bird registration rates will expire after February 21.
The conference, scheduled for March 3–5, in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, will offer campground owners and operators educational sessions, networking opportunities, and an industry trade show.
According to a press release, Joann DelVescio, conference planner, emphasized the benefits of early registration.
“The full package includes access to all sessions and speakers, scheduled meals, and networking events. Plus, attendance at the conference is a tax-deductible operating expense,” she said. Attendees who register before the deadline can save $50 on enrollment fees.
The Campground Conference, formerly known as the Mid-Atlantic Conference & Trade Show, has been rebranded to reflect its national and international appeal.
Hosted annually by the New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA), the event has already secured registrations from representatives of 14 states.
“We’re always striving to make this a forward-thinking event,” DelVescio said. “The new brand reflects that vibe. We have a lot of new first-time vendors selling some great store products we think people will want to come see for themselves.”
The conference website provides registration details, a full agenda, and information on featured speakers and topics. Attendees can also access links to discounted Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort tickets.
Beyond conference sessions, organizers planned a pre-conference excursion to ICON Park, including a behind-the-scenes tour of SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium and a ride on The Orlando Eye. Pre-registration and an additional fee are required for the excursion, with sign-up available online.
DelVescio highlighted the appeal of the conference’s location and timing. “The Orlando area weather in March can get up in the 70s and 80s. So, if you had to choose any industry event to attend in 2025, why not the one where you can escape the frigid cold to relax and warm up a little!”
