Atlantis Paradise Island is expanding its culinary experiences this summer, with two new restaurants, a summer pop-up venue and more beachside dining services.
Cocodrilo is a newly opened cantina-style restaurant located between The Coral and The Royal accommodation towers. The restaurant offers a relaxing place to enjoy some Mexican-style food, like blackened shrimp tostadas and grilled Mahi-Mahi, along with a selection of refreshing cocktails.
Claudio’s Bahamas will make its debut this month above the Water’s Edge Lagoon at the resort. It’s the sister restaurant to the Claudio’s in New York, offering an indoor-outdoor dining experience with a nautical theme. The menu will offer family-centric seafood and other dishes, including themed cocktails.
Also opening this month is the limited-time Thai dinner pop-up dining experience by acclaimed Chef Ian Kittichai, Kò Sà-Wăn. The celebrate chef is known for TV appearances, including Iron Chef USA, and will offer a mouth-watering menu of Thai dishes including Thom Kha Gai, a chicken coconut-galangal soup, Thom Yum Goong, a spicy prawn and lemongrass soup and Hor Mok Pla, fresh grouper steamed in a banana leaf with red chili and coconut milk.
Sunset Point is a newly opened outdoor dining venue at the Harborside Resort, with beautiful views of the Bahamian sunset. Guests can dine on coastal fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
